Awaken is a fitness game: it turns your real training into character progression, quests, and social features. It is operated by Deividas Karuza, Woellmerstrasse 17, 21075 Hamburg, Germany. By creating an account you accept these terms.
The app is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; game balance (XP, ranks, coins) may be adjusted or reset; and data loss, while we work to prevent it, is possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
Training plans — including AI-generated ones — are not medical advice. They are automated suggestions based on what you self-report. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, follow your own judgment on load and form, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for injuries or health outcomes.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
You keep ownership of content you post (photos, posts, comments, messages) and grant us the license needed to store and display it inside the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, or that impersonates others — and not to cheat, exploit bugs for progression, scrape the service, or abuse the AI trainer.
We provide reporting and blocking tools. We may remove content, revoke progression obtained through exploits, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
XP, levels, ranks, coins, skills, titles, and other in-game items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be sold or transferred. They may be adjusted where needed to correct errors or abuse.
Paid features grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your subscription is active — you are buying access, not property.
What it is. Ascendant is an optional paid tier. It unlocks convenience and cosmetic features — more System-forged plans per month, sigil auras and profile themes, unlimited custom routines, your full training archive, and data export.
What it is not. Ascendant grants no XP, no stats, no rank, no titles earned by merit, and no advantage on any leaderboard. Paid and free hunters compete on identical terms. This is a commitment, not a current configuration.
Prices and billing. €4.99 per month, or €29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. A one-time "Founder" purchase of €59.99 grants Ascendant permanently and is limited to the first 100 hunters. Prices may differ in your country; the price shown in Google Play before you confirm is the price that applies.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until cancelled. A free trial converts into a paid period unless cancelled before it ends.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Ascendant until the end of the period you have already paid for. We cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf.
Payment and refunds. Purchases are made through Google Play. Google is the seller of record: its terms and refund policy govern the transaction, and it — not we — collects payment and any applicable VAT. Refund requests go to Google Play in the first instance; contact us at support@getawaken.app if you need help.
Changes. If we change the price or materially reduce what Ascendant includes, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before the change takes effect. Founder purchases are not affected by later price changes.
If we stop offering Ascendant, active subscriptions run to the end of their paid period and are not renewed. Founders keep their Ascendant features for as long as the service operates.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including for injury to life, body or health, or for intent and gross negligence.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, nor your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law grants it.
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.
Because Ascendant is delivered immediately, Google Play asks you — before you confirm — to agree that performance begins at once and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. That consent is collected as part of the purchase flow.
Where the right does still apply, exercise it through Google Play, which is the seller of record for the transaction. You can also write to support@getawaken.app and we will help you reach the right place. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty digital content.
